THE SMITHS FALLS FARMERS MARKET

Come on down to the Market! Join us as we begin our third year on Main St.

West in the Bye the Falls Parking Lot. From 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, every

Saturday, our market offers locally grown produce, meats, honey, maple

syrup, flowers, home made jams, jellies and preserves, home baked cakes,

bread, cookies and pies, artisan products, and lots of other goodies. Pick

up a schedule of activities at the Farmers Market.

We open on Saturday May 15th, and to help with your spring cleanup, we are

having a spring yard sale. Tables are $10.00. Phone 613-283-9404 or go to

Our Grand Opening is on May 22nd, Spring Fling Weekend downtown. Stop by

for the specials, and treats from the vendors. Our first 100 customers will

receive a plant. There will be music and lots of excitement.

Our popular "Farmers Market Goody Bag" is back again this year. Every

Saturday, buy any item at the market and you could win a Farmers Market

Goody Bag. And we still will have the Rainy Day Specials, so there is no

reason to stay at home on these wet days.

This year the Farmers Market will feature a different local business every

Saturday. Each business will be on hand to provide information on the

products and services they offer. The Barking Lot, Triangle “N” Holdings,

Hy Fund Studio, Dawn’s Closet and Modern Thymes are our first businesses of

the season. The rest of the season features Arlie's Bookstore, The

Vineyard, Eagle Comics, Rideau Artisans, Curves, New Global Vitamins,

Smith's Shoes, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Spotlight on the Rideau, Pampered

Chef, Tupperware, and Falls Flooring The Rideau Valley diabetes Services

will be available June 26 to answer your questions and provide information.

Dreams Come True Bridal Boutique will show us the latest in wedding fashion.

Donna Bonsall of Pure Indulgence Spa is busy planning a special day. It

will be busy summer at the market.
